股骨颈骨折Pauwels分型：对原文的正确解释

III型：剪切应力占主导地位，并产生显著内翻应力，即所谓的倾斜力矩（Kipp moment）相关。这导致骨折移位和内翻塌陷（图2）。这些应力必须消除，最好是通过外翻截骨术。

Pauwels认为压缩应力和剪切应力对骨折愈合的影响是主要的。通过研究其将股骨颈骨折分为I型，小于30°；II型，30到50°之间；以及III型，大于等于50°。

在Pauwels的原始著作《“Der Schenkelhalsbruch, einmechanisches Problem (Fracture of Femoral Neck—AMechanical Problem)》中，Pauwels根据作用在骨折上的力定义分型，但没有对每个分型给出任何数值。数值出现在本文所附的图表中。然而，如果阅读原文，就会发现这些数字代表了每种分型的上限值(30°、50°和70°)。31年后，Pauwels在他的专著《“Biomechanics of the Normal and Diseased Hip》中再次提到了这种分型。在这本专著中，他指出II型最大为50°。
