综合有关文献及临床体会，分别从补液的控制、神志、尿量、生命体征、饮食等方面进行观察，采取相应的护理措施及治疗。
200例患儿当中,198例患儿休克期渡过比较顺利，2例来院时较晚，已发生创伤性休克，延迟了复苏，并发多脏器功能衰竭死亡。
细心护理观察是可以有效防治早期休克和全程治疗的基础。
To summarize nursing observation of burned children during burn shock stage.
Corresponding nursing measures and treatment were adopted by observing on controlled fluid infusion,consciousness,urinary volume,vital signs,diet and summarizing literature and Clinical Experience.
In 200 cases,198 of them passed through burn shock stage smoothly. 2 late admitted burned children with delayed resuscitation died of traumatic shock and MOF.
Close nursing observation is a base of effective treatment during early burn shock stage and whole treating course.
