Alcoholic hepatitis is extremely difficult to diagnose, and no single blood test or imaging study confirms the diagnosis. What lab results commonly obtained in the ED are consistent with alcoholic hepatitis?

Answer 答案：
Neutrophilic leukocytosis; elevated AST but< 300 U/L; an AST-ALT ratio > 2; a total serum bilirubin > 5 mg/dL; and an elevated INR.
中性粒细胞增多；AST增高但< 300 U/L；AST/ALT比例> 2；血清总胆红素> 5 mg/dL；和INR增高。
