In the present study, we describe a novel protocol incorporating estrogen treatment in the preceding luteal phase and an immediate and short pituitary shutdown with GnRH antagonist in the early follicular phase, followed by COS. We demonstrated that pretreatment with GnRH antagonists for 7 consecutive days before the onset of ovarian stimulation resulted in more synchronous follicle growth, higher mature oocyte yield, and more embryos to transfer compared with conventional estrogen priming GnRH antagonist protocol. 缩写可不翻译。
