请教一下各位前辈：
我今天买了一批细胞因子 主要有IL-2 GM-csf等。由于是长期使用，所以想分装保存。说明书上说的很简单：the lyophilized protein is stable at room temperature for up to 1 month. working aliquots stored with a carrier protein are stable for at least 12 months at -20℃ to -80℃. avoid repeated freeze/thaw cycles. 我想知道能不能用PBS溶解以后冻起来……如果不能的话，有什么简单的方法将它分装保存起来。 请前辈们指导一下，细胞因子贵，不敢浪费了……
