【求助】：WB一抗的选择

本人要检测小鼠组织中p-SRC（tyr416）和总SRC含量，最后得到p-SRC（tyr416）/SRC比值。p-SRC（tyr416）一抗要是用Upstate的Anti-phospho-Src (Tyr416)
（Specificity: All Src-family members phosphorylated at the tyrosine corresponding to Tyr416; does not crossreact with the non-phosphorylated form of Src or with unrelated phosphorylation sites）那么选来自兔的一抗好还是来自鼠的？SRC一抗要选哪种好呢？查到很多看的晕头转向。xx(
