morbidity 如何翻译

问题：morbidity 查字典是：n. 发病率;发病;病态;不健全，但把那个放在上面句子中似都不合适。应该翻译成什么？morbidity我感到应该是‘合并症’，那为什么不用Complication。另外Complication有翻译成‘合并症’，也有翻译成‘并发症’。comorbidity有翻译成‘同病’的。这两个词确切翻译是什么？
