前几天在帖子里提到了细节的问题，给大家展示一个关于本人的失误病例，当然也不是完全的不能收场。就是感觉如果不是当时的小疏忽，这个病例说不定已经结束了。
female，chief complaint： protruding and irregular anterior teeth
diagnosis:1. angle'sⅢ and skeletal Ⅲ?
2.CO disharmony with CR, anterior open bite in CR (look at the excessive wear in the distal part of the mandibular second molar)
treatment plan: the patient choose camouflage treatment
1. extraction of 15,18,24,28,35.38,44.48
2.extrusion of the maxillary and mandibular anterior teeth and establishment of proper overjet and overbite with the class one molar relationship
3.coordinate CO and CR
4.retention
