求助|这样的伦理问题该怎么回？

2. We observe that you have provided an informed consent statement stating "The requirement for consent for publication was waived". Kindly provide the Full name of the ethics committee/IRB that waived the need for informed consent for the study. 

写的回顾性分析，这是要我把伦理委员会的全称写上去？写成The requirement for consent for publication was waived by……是否可行？另外我方法中已经写了本研究经XX伦理委员会审核通过了，为啥这里还要写一遍？
