回顾性研究伦理补救

园区的战友们，你们好！最近投稿一杂志，直接返回了，提的意见是“If the work involves the use of human subjects, an ethical approval statement in the main text of the manuscript should clearly denoting: 1) whether the entire study has been approved by any specific institutions' ethics committee. If applicable, please add the ethical approval code(s) in the statement. If the ethical approval was waived, please clearly state it and explain the reasons accordingly. 2) whether the informed consents have been obtained from the participants. If consents were waived, please state it and explain the reasons accordingly.”.这是一个非干预的回顾性研究，没有上过伦理，我该怎么回复呢，还有补救办法吗？感激不尽！
