meta分析审稿意见

有一个审稿人指出：“The main issue is that the meta-analysis is done on 7 studies. I understand the subject is narrow and 7 studies can be in the core, but a quick search in Google Scholar revealed related papers (from a quick screening of this reviewer) which can help shed more light on the subject.”

意思是说检索的范围不够，需要加入谷歌学术的检索嘛？谷歌学术检索后发现包括了中文的文章，而中文的数据库我是不纳入的。现在怎么回复合适呢？
