单孔VATS右主支气管袖状切除及双隆突重建

In this video we show an Uniportal VATS approach to remove an endobronchial tumor located on right main bronchus but reaching the main carina and second carinal division on the right side (microscopic infiltration was confirmed during surgery so the bronchial and carinal margins were extended until negative margins were found). An uniportal VATS approach was performed and a sparing lung surgery was conducted: right main bronchus resection and double carinal reconstruction (anastomosis of right upper lobe bronchus to brronchus intermedius) with this second neocarina anastomosed to the left main bronchus and trachea. The postoperative course of the patient was uneventful（Diego Gonzalez-Rivas）
