**** water clearance 是 自由水清除率？那   estimated electrolyte-**** water clearance (eEFWC) 那   不含电解质的水 (electrolyte-**** water   EFW)与自由水有啥区别？是不是自由水就是里面什么也没有,不含电解质的水里面可以有蛋白质？
