我有一老外朋友，意大利人，满要好的，跟我提起他侄子屁股这里痛，我本身是搞骨科的，就包揽了下来，以为尾骨痛，结果一看，好像是直肠方面的毛病啊，尴尬了，解决不了，只有来这里求教各位战友了，谢谢！介绍如下：MY COUSIN: He is a psychologist, with a very busy life. Since more than a year he bas been suffering from a "Chronic Proctalgia": there are several types of Chronic Proctalgia: his corresponds to the "Elevator Syndrome" type.
What he has is a chronic contracture of a pelvic floor muscle called "pubo rectal." His discomfort is usually stronger especially after going to the bathroom and after sitting for many hours.
If you have any suggestion to give me about how to deal with his problem it would be great.
