FIGURES
- Figures must have a resolution of 300 dpi/inch and a width (at this resolution) of 8 cm for single column or 17 cm for double column.
- Artificially raising the resolution – without allowing the image size to become proportionately smaller – will result in poor quality figures.
图片300 dpi/inch，8 cm for single column or 17 cm for double column.--这是指tif格式的图片？还是指转成tif前的图片？如果单列数据就8cm宽？双列数据就17cm？？不懂。。。
LABELS AND NUMBERS
- Labels must be sharp and clearly legible (including exponential numbers around figure axis) NOT blurry, fuzzy, faded or broken.
- The font size of the labels must be 8-10 point when figures are saved at the correct size (8 or 17 cm at 300 dpi/inch).
标签字体呢？在哪里改呢？我是potoshop里改吗？
- Letters of labels must NOT be overlapping, condensed, expanded, have unnecessary gaps between them or be otherwise irregularly spaced, and must NOT be stretched (distorted) horizontally or vertically.
