第一次投SCI，天天盼，好容易有了修回意见，逐条看下来，倍受打击，其中有些还看不懂。请大家来帮忙看看，这些话是什么意思
文章是做了抑郁症患者的某基因多态性，并根据SNPS进行分组，然后比较各组之间的症状。以下是审稿人的回复：
1. Why these SNPs were selected? Are they tags? Which ethnic group was used from the HapMap data? What are theactual LDs between these SNPs in this population?
2. The authors do not specify whether they adopted a recessive model or adominant model for all the SNPs: how were the genotypes grouped together? Andwhat was the reason that this model was adopted? Prior evidence?
3. the authors should consider toperform haplotypic analyses and report the results of those. （haplotypic分析是什么？通过什么软件做呀？完全没听过这个
