一直为这个问题而纠结,在丁香园中,搜了下,也没有什么有用的信息.最近收到了the loyal college of radiologist 的回信,确定了我这个中国医学院毕业的医生还是有可能在英国成为一名医生的...
回信的内容如下:
You are right in that to practise as a doctor in the UK you must be registered with the GMC. There are different levels of registration and different routes of obtaining them, and you need to decide what kind o f post you wish to take up.

Full GMC medical registration allows you to take up any post except a permanent, substantive or honorary NHS consultant post. Therefore, you would need this registration to take up training posts or locum NHS consultant posts, although obviously in respect of any post for which you apply, you would need to demonstrate that you have the appropriate skills, experience and competencies to take it up. You would need to contact the GMC to establish your eligibility to apply for medical registration; I believe this would require you to take the PLAB test and meet other requirements but you need to contact the GMC.

To practise in a substantive, permanent NHS consultant post you need to be on the GMC specialist register.

Overseas specialists may apply for a Certificate of Eligibility for Specialist Registration (CESR). This process requires an applicant to submit evidence about his training, qualifications and experience to demonstrate whether these are equivalent to the current UK CCT requirements. The General Medical Council (GMC) oversees this process and applications are made to the GMC; the College assesses applications received by the GMC and makes a recommendation to the GMC about the outcome. You can find information about the process on the GMCs website at http://www.gmc-uk.org/doctors/certification.asp You should also look at the curriculum for training in clinical radiology as your training, qualification and experience will be measured to see whether it is equivalent to this. You can access the curriculum here http://www.rcr.ac.uk/content.aspx?PageID=165 There is no information in your CV about the scope and nature of your training and experience in China; you will need to think carefully about whether you have covered the UK training curriculum in equivalent breadth and depth before making such an application.

If you are considering applying for training in order to become a UK qualified specialist you should look at the information contained on our training pages, which you can access through the link to the curriculum above. This gives you information on requirements for entry to training.

In order to orient yourself within the NHS you might want to consider contacting your local radiology departments, to see whether you may be able to take up an observer post or clinical attachment which does not require GMC registration. This won’t count towards any application for specialist registration but may be useful background and experience for you. You could also consider attending radiology meetings in the UK and can start by looking at the meeting advertised on our website https://www.rcr.ac.uk/membersarea/multievents/layout5.asp?Pid=263
邮件里说了很多方法,对于低年资的医生来说,此过程就是:先考雅思---A类,七分,然后PLAB 1,PLAB2,就可以联系医院进行相当于住院医生的培训了...........

总之,是有可能的.....
