本人是肾脏内科的研究生，最近在翻译一批今年的关于IgA肾病的英文文摘，由于英语水平实在太烂:(，只好硬着头皮翻了:P。想到了丁香园，于是贴出来给大家拍砖。今天是第一篇：
Demonstration of secretory IgA in kidneys of patients with IgA nephropathy.
BACKGROUND: Recently we reported a possible role for secretory IgA (SIgA) in IgA
nephropathy (IgAN), as suggested by increased serum levels in patients with
active disease and accumulation of SIgA in a glomerular eluate. Therefore, we
attempted to find support for these findings by analysis of the presence of SIgA
in biopsies of IgAN patients. METHODS: Renal biopsies of 26 patients with
biopsy-proven IgAN were analysed for the presence of SIgA and complement
proteins. RESULTS: In 15% mesangial deposition of SIgA was demonstrated, using a
specific staining for secretory component (SC) and colocalization with IgA. The
presence of SIgA in these biopsies showed a strong correlation with deposition
of mannose-binding lectin (MBL) and **d. Moreover, we observed a strong
colocalization between SIgA and MBL or **d. This local complement activation has
previously been linked to more severe renal disease. CONCLUSIONS: Therefore,
these data provide additional evidence for a pathogenic role for SIgA in IgA
nephropathy.

背景：最近我们报道了分泌型IgA（SigA）在IgA肾病（IgAN）中的潜在作用，研究提示SigA血浆水平在活动性病变患者中升高，在肾小球洗脱液中其浓度亦增加。因此我们试图通过分析IgAN患者肾组织活检中出现的SigA以寻找支持上述发现的证据。方法：分析经肾活检确诊的26名IgAN患者肾活检组织中出现的SigA和补体蛋白。结果：对IgA分泌组分和共定位采用特殊染色法，证实有15％的肾小球系膜沉积物为SigA，这些肾组织中出现的SigA显示与甘露糖结合素（MBL）和补体4d显著相关，并且SigA与MBL或补体4d之间存在强共定位。这种局部的补体激活将导致更严重的肾脏病变。结论：上述数据进一步证实了SigA在IgAN中的致病作用。
