【help】博后申请中对方老板非要现在老板的推荐信怎么办？

我在国外已经做了一年的博后了，现在想换地方。目前一个感兴趣的老板非要我现在老板的推荐，大家觉得怎么说比较好？我是肯定不会答应的，那样太尴尬了，但关键怎么应付？有经验的说说，晚上给那个教授回信。对了，我前面和他说我目前的老板已经出差了（确实出差了），大约1个月后回来，不好联系，结果这个人还追着要，他真是欠揍！大家帮忙出出点子。
