原代小鼠结肠神经元提取交流

最近的课题是有关肠神经的，需要提取结直肠的神经元进行测序和共培养。有没有大佬一起交流一下，

参考的An In-vitro Preparation of Isolated Enteric Neurons and Glia from the Myenteric Plexus of the Adult Mouse这篇，结果在分离LMMP这一步就卡住了，小鼠结肠段分离不出来，想问问有没有朋友采用这个protocol分离结肠神经元的，求指导！
