最新！小鼠细胞系STR数据库更新！（114 mouse cell lines with STR profiles）

2024年1月，Cellosaurus数据库进行了最新的数据更新(Cellosaurus release 48.0)。目前，该数据库共包含27420株小鼠细胞系的信息，这其中收录了114株小鼠细胞系的STR数据。

这114株细胞系的STR数据中，有92株是18个STR位点的数据，另外22株是8个STR位点的数据。114株小鼠细胞系的细胞名称、详细STR数据如下。各位老师可进行查阅和参考。

作为生物、医学基础研究中的第二常用细胞模型，小鼠细胞系目前同样面临着错误识别、交叉污染的问题。近些年，要求投稿时需提供小鼠细胞鉴定报告的SCI期刊在逐年增多。Genetic Testing Biotechnology(GTB)的试剂盒可对小鼠细胞18个基因座(4-2、6-4、1-1、6-7、2-1、17-2、11-2、8-1、19-2、7-1、1-2、13-1、5-5、12-1、18-3、15-3、3-2、X-1)进行多重PCR。此外，试剂盒包含一个人源STR基因座(TH01)，在获取小鼠细胞STR分型数据、确定小鼠细胞身份的同时，也能够确认小鼠细胞是否存在人源细胞系污染。
