Answer 答案：

3 - 5 days of 1 g of IV methylprednisolone allows for faster transition to oral glucocorticoids. Temporal artery biopsy should be performed as soon as possible and within 2 weeks of steroid initiation. 

3-5天静脉1克甲基强的松龙后换成口服糖皮质激素。要在开始激素治疗2周后尽快进行颞动脉活检。
