2.Let's talk about it (have an open dialogue). Don't let problems fester (溃烂).
3.Focus on issues, not personalities.
4.If you say "this is what I like", you are not going to win!
By saying, I'd like to..., I may think..., and handle it/ talk about it very professionally.
5.If teams lack diversity, they are more susceptible to marking flawed decisions.
