如何正确回复审稿人建议，理解审稿人疑问？

Authors also need to clarify the keyword search strategies that were used in the NCBI PubMed database to identify the publications to be covered in this review. Currently, it seems like cherry-picking of papers was done without any clear rationale to include or exclude articles. 

请教一下各位，综述文章返修，审稿人提出这个问题，需要怎么回答呀？我不是很理解这个问题？是需要在文章中说明筛选文献的数据库和理由吗？还是直接回复邮件就可以呢？
