二胎 G1P0呢？

A 28-year-old G1P0 female at 35 weeks gestation is brought to the OR for emergent C-section following a non-reassuring fetal heart tracing of late decelerations. She presented 12 h prior with spontaneous rupture of membranes and had previously had an uneventful labor. General anesthesia with a rapid sequence intubation is achieved and the infant is delivered shortly thereafter. No neonatology team is present at the time of delivery.
