1 What key elements do you want to know from his history?
1. details of any trauma are key. did he fall on an outstretched and externally rotated arm (shoulder dislocation)? direct fall on the shoulder (AC joint injury)? depression of shoulder while neck laterally rotated (stinger/burner)? Was there presence of neck pain, numbness/tingling, or weakness?
