【求助】text boxes在这里是文本框的意思吗

All Drugs in the Pipeline submissions must include at least 2 text boxes, which highlight the important points of the article for easy reference. A separate list of numbered text boxes should be uploaded with manuscripts. Authors must indicate in the text where boxes are best placed。

想请教各位老师，这段话大概意思是指出文章重点，但我有两个疑问。

1.这里面text boxes直译是文本框的意思。文中说至少需要两个文本框来突出文章重点。为什么要至少两个文本框来突出重点，是两个文本框分别点出重点1,2,3吗。感觉有点别扭。一个文本框不就能解决了吗，请问是我的理解有误么，

2.be uploaded with manuscripts我可以理解成新建一个新文件和草稿一起提交吗，还是将text boxes写在草稿里提交。
