1 关于名称

宫颈癌疫苗的正式名称应该是人乳头状瘤病毒HPV疫苗。这个疫苗是针对“HPV病毒”的，由于宫颈癌的发生与高危型人乳头瘤病毒（HPV）感染有着密切的关系，因此大家也就习惯性将它称为宫颈癌疫苗。

2 关于HPV疫苗的分类：疫苗的“价”是什么意思？

“价”代表了疫苗覆盖的病毒细分种类。价越高，覆盖的HPV病毒亚型种类越多。

HPV疫苗共有三种，分别是2价、4价和9价疫苗。实际上，除了HPV2价疫苗在美国退市，HPV4价疫苗美国也已经暂停销售。HPV2价疫苗就可以预防16、18两种HPV病毒；HPV4价疫苗则可用于预防6、11、16、18四种HPV病毒亚型；HPV9价疫苗，则在原有4价的基础上新增了31、33、45、52和58五种HPV病毒亚型，对病毒的覆盖面也达到了90%。

目前国内为二价疫苗接种，商品名为“希瑞适”。四价疫苗也已经获批上市。

3 HPV感染者打疫苗有用吗？

HPV疫苗从作用机制上讲，是预防HPV的持续感染。理论上说，即使已经感染某种亚型的HPV病毒，接种疫苗后也可以起到预防继续感染其他亚型HPV的作用，但是保护效果必然不如未感染注射来得好。

4 特别提醒

HPV疫苗虽然是宫颈癌预防的重要一步，但不能取代常规的宫颈癌筛查。因为目前的HPV疫苗没有覆盖全部与宫颈癌相关的高危病毒型别，所以尽管已经接种了疫苗，仍然有可能感染疫苗之外的病毒类型，所以定期宫颈癌筛查是必要的。

A 9-Valent HPV Vaccine against Infection andIntraepithelial Neoplasia in Women

The investigational 9-valent viruslike particle vaccineagainst human papillomavirus (HPV) includes the HPV types in the quadrivalentHPV (qHPV) vaccine (6, 11, 16, and 18) and five additional oncogenic types (31,33, 45, 52, and 58). This study  assesees  the efficacy and immunogenicity of the 9vHPVvaccine in women 16 to 26 years of age.

The rate of high-grade cervical, vulvar, or vaginaldisease irrespective of HPV type (i.e., disease caused by HPV types included inthe 9vHPV vaccine and those not included) in the modified intention-to-treatpopulation was 14.0 per 1000 person-years in both vaccine groups. The rate ofhigh-grade cervical, vulvar, or vaginal disease related to HPV-31, 33, 45, 52,and 58 was 96.7%. Antibody responses to HPV-6, 11, 16, and 18 were noninferiorto those generated by the qHPV vaccine.

The 9vHPV vaccine prevented infection and diseaserelated to HPV-31, 33, 45, 52, and 58 ina susceptible population and generated an antibody response to HPV-6, 11, 16,and 18 that was noninferior to that generated by the qHPV vaccine. The 9vHPVvaccine did not prevent infection and disease related to HPV types beyond thenine types covered by the vaccine.
