尖峰头盔征
This is one of the most recent EKG findings to be described in the literature (Littmann 2012, DOI 10.4056/mcp.2011.0647). Based on case reports, this “spiked helmet sign” appears to be a marker of critical non-cardiac illness and a high likelihood of mortality, thought to be caused by an acute rise in intraabdominal and/or intrathoracic pressure.“...acute abdominal events such as ileus, bowel perforation, and gastric obstruction usually were associated with the spiked helmet pattern showing up in the inferior leads, whereas acute thoracic events such as aortic dissection, phneumothorax, and mechanical hyperventilation cased the spiked helmet sign in the chest leads...”.
然而我还是不大明白,有没有哪位见过,或者知道这种尖峰头盔征的具体心电图表现和目前所见基本的呢?
