【求助】如何回复审稿人

学生写了一篇meta分析，现已返修，审稿人提出如下一个问题“Although most differences between the two approaches proved to be statistically significant, the absolute values of the differences are not always high. This applies particularly to the stone-free rate that the authors correctly regard as the most important indicator. The fluoroscopic access proved to be significantly poorer than the ultrasonographic access, but the absolute difference was only tiny (83,5% versus 83,2%). This aspect should not be neglected.” 学生感觉这个很难回答啊，想请教一点老师@一点之见即可成文 和夏老师@夏老师 ，该如何回复？万分感谢
学生个人感觉统计学中，好像不可以这样单纯的加减吧，不能简单的把几篇文章的阳性数加在一起，除以总体数，然后再这样对比，那如果可以这样对比的话，还要meta分析干嘛呢？以上是学生的粗见，还望两位老师指点迷津@一点之见即可成文 @夏老师
