【求助】论文大修中的几个问题

本人一篇诊断性meta分析最近有了大修的回复，其中几个修改意见不知道如何回复，拜托各位出出主意：
1、Do the authors feel it is necessary to have a test of heterogeneity? As I understand that the Cochrane review group do not find this a useful test in studies of diagnostic accuracy?
review的意见是觉得诊断性meta分析不需要异质性检验？可是看了相关meta分析都有异质性检验啊？该如何回答？
2、 I understand that the Cochrane group suggest that although the QUADAS system is most appropriate in this type of analysis, the sue of individual study scores is not of use - this should be looked at by the authors
我在论文中是将每篇文章的QUADAS评分都列出来了，review的意见是不需要把每个文章的QUADAS评分列出来么？
