【求助】荧光定量qPCR对照问题

新手求教下大神们，pcr图怎么看：1、
AR mRNA levels in ,PS30， primary prostate stromal (PrSC), WPMY-1 (W), WPMY-Vec (W-Vec), WPMY-AR (W-AR) or LNCaP cells detected by real-time qPCR of RNAs extracted from the cells. Expression levels are indexed to the expression of GAPDH in each cell line.
以上是6种细胞，检测ARmRNA的表达，PS30，PrSC，W，LNCaP是没做任何处理的细胞，W-Vec，W-AR是转染了相关质粒的细胞，GAPDH虽然为内参，但这图没对照怎么看表达量，感觉没看懂他什么意思？还是他直接以无模板的反应孔为对照？

LNCaP cells were platedin triplicate on tissue culture plates pre-coatedwithMatrigel filmat a density of 2*106 cells/6well, inTreatmentMedia for 3 days prior to treatment with DHEA, DHT, or E2 (10 uM) and either ICI 182,780 (1 mM), or Casodex (10 mM), or vehicle control.RNA sampleswere extracted, reverse transcribed, and assayed by real-time PCR and expressed as fold change. 4、如果我想用qpcr测3株前列腺癌细胞某个基因的表达，需要正常的前列腺永生化细胞做对照吗，或者是其他的？
