现在要买CST公司的pAKT抗体，发现产品目录有很多种抗体，其中有一个抗体Phospho-Akt (Ser473) (D9E) XP®Rabbit mAb (Biotinylated) 的描述是这样的：This Cell Signaling Technology (CST) antibody is conjugated to biotin under optimal conditions. The unconjugated Phospho-Akt (Ser473) (D9E) XP® Rabbit mAb #4060 reacts with human, mouse, rat, Drosophila melanogaster,hamster, bovine and zebrafish phospho-Akt (Ser473) protein. CST expects that Phospho-Akt (Ser473) (D9E) XP®Rabbit mAb (Biotinylated) will also recognize phospho-Akt (Ser473) in these species.
