关于溶解激活，在sigma的FAQ上以及论坛的回答是：
将辛伐他汀原料药4.3259mg溶于100μL无水乙醇，再加入150μL氢氧化钠（0.1mol/L），50℃温育2h后，用0.1mol/L盐酸调pH值至7.2，加双蒸水至1ml，即得终浓度为10mmol/L的储存液，进一步用PBS稀释过滤后储存于4℃。

1. 4 mg of simvastatin is dissolved in 100 μl of ethanol.
