【求助】计数资料怎样配对分析？

我的是配对资料，对比两组的受精率和分裂率。因为为计数资料，我对比两组的总的受精率和分裂率，以及Chi-X2.然而，修稿意见说我应配对对比。我的计数资料，又不能做T-Pair,我应选择什么统计方法呢？
