It reviews the essentials of pharmacology starting with the basics such as potency, affinity and efficacy and continues with discussions of partial agonists, receptor theory and expression of recombinant receptors in heterologous systems. Each chapter has a short summary and has the derivations of the key equations for those so interested. Excellent resource!
