This topic is analysis research about effect of detoxification by acupuncture according to RoughSet theories. At first, the former clinical data were reviewed and analysed. acquiring the reduction, nuclear attribute and related rules of effect of detoxification by acupuncture. Then collecting and analysing clinical the data of treating 125 heroin abstainers detoxification by acupuncture about protracted syndrome and the data of the animal experiment research. A rat model of intravenous heroin self-administration and a rat model of heroin relapse behavior induced by drug-related environment cues is established in this study, so as to observe the effect of electro-acupuncture on the heroin-seeking behavior and relapse behavior of the heroin self-administrating rat, investigating the biochemical adaptations and morphological changes in the related brain regions of the mesolimbic dopamine system. The results of analyzing information rule are shown as follows: Electro-acupuncture given to the stable heroin self-administrating rat could reduce the drug self-administration behavior；the electro-acupuncture had the effect of preventing relapse to certain degrees；electro-acupuncture could promote rehab and functional comeback of the "injured" DA neurons in the VTA after opium-addiction. 125 heroin abstainers were divided into some groops, then treating them by acupuncture in order to research deference effect of treating heroin abstainers' protracted syndrome after detoxification and to research content change of outward blood plasma β- endorphin, dynorphin by acupuncture among the groops. Builting up the data information system according to the RoughSet theories and method. Finally,excavate important degree of each attribute from the information system decision table. The results are shown as follows: quantity of using the drug, addictive time, different groops and so on are the most important to curative effect. Analysis the data of relation of curative effect and difference groops, then draw a conclusion: there is the closest relation between the acupuncture Ⅲ groop (jiaji acupionts and the arms and legs acupionts)and evident effect among the total curative effect.
