SCI | 如何回复审稿人意见？

当我们收到杂志社给出的修稿决定后，最为关键的一项内容就是需要在审稿意见回复(Response to reviewer)中对审稿人的修改意见进行点对点的回复。

那么，如何让审稿人一目了然地看懂我们回复的审稿意见呢？今天小编就教大家如何简洁且明了的回复审稿意见。

首先，一篇完整标准的审稿意见回复应包含:

1. 在审稿人或者编辑的提问后另起一行写上Response，接一句对编辑和审稿人表示感激的话，感谢他们付出的时间和经历，并表示评审意见很有帮助，作者针对意见进行了大量的修改，对稿件的提升很大。  

• Response：Thank you very much for your positive
• evaluation and valuable suggestions in our article.
• We appreciate your encouragement.（非常感谢您对我们
• 文章的积极评价和宝贵建议。感谢您的鼓励。）

• Response: Thank you for your careful review and valuable suggestions. We have revised the XXX accordingly. Please refer to the manuscript for detailed modifications. Once again, thank you for your valuable feedback.（感谢您的仔细审阅和宝贵建议。我们已经对XXXX进行了修改，具体修改详情请您查阅手稿。再次感谢您的宝贵意见。）

2. 接下来就开始回复具体的审稿意见了。一般首先是回复期刊编辑的整体意见（注意：要把原始的建议粘贴在文档里，不能只有回应）。

3. 针对每一个审稿人的问题，点对点回答每一个问题，可以把回答和问题的字体颜色区分开。需要注意的是，一个问题里面可能不止有一个需要回答的点。逐条意见回答，切忌一定不能有遗漏。

A. 普适的回应：

1. We feel great thanks for your professional review work on our article. As you are concerned, there are several problems that need to be addressed. According to your nice suggestions, we have made extensive corrections to our previous draft, the detailed corrections are listed below.（非常感谢您对我们的文章进行的专业审阅工作。正如您所说，有几个问题需要解决。根据您的建议，我们对之前的草稿进行了大量修改，详细修改如下。）
2. We sincerely thank the editor and all reviewers for their valuable feedback that we have used to improve the quality of our manuscript. The reviewer comments are laid out below in italicized font and specific concerns have been numbered. B. 对语言不满意类

1. We tried our best to improve the manuscript and made some changes to the manuscript. These changes will not influence the content and framework of the paper. And here we did not list the changes but marked in red in the revised paper. We appreciate for Editors/Reviewers' warm work earnestly and hope that the correction will meet with approval.（我们尽力改进了稿件，并对稿件做了一些修改。这些更改不会影响论文的内容和框架。这里我们没有列出更改，但在修改后的论文中用红色标记。我们真诚感谢编辑/审稿人的热情工作，并希望修改能够得到批准。）
2. Thanks for your suggestion. We feel sorry for our poor writings, however, we do invite a friend of us who is a native English speaker from the USA to help polish our article. 3. Thanks for your suggestion. We have tried our best to polish the language in the revised manuscript.（谢谢你的建议。我们已尽力完善修改稿中的语言。）

C. 让补实验

C1. 如果能补：

• The manuscript has been revised accordingly to clarify the above concerns.....（对手稿进行了相应修改，以澄清上述问题......）

C2. 如果补的实验没有得到预期的结果(一般找文献来支撑相应结果)：

• As suggested by the referee, we have tried our best to verify XXX by.....However, no...signal has been detected in our synthesis system.
