文章大修后基本接受，Statistical Reviewer提的意见如下：

Data are summarized by means and standard errors. Statistical comparisons are by two independent samples t-tests and ANOVA, followed by post-hoc tests by the Student-Newman-Keuls test. For many of the experiments the sample size is small (n=3) and so the assumption of normality of outcomes needs to be explored. If it is not met then the authors should consider nonparametric alternatives. It also appears that the data summarized in Figure 3C involve repeated assessments over time and should be analyzed with repeated measures analysis of variance.

解决了这一点就可以正式接受了，但是我看不懂。 Figure 3C是做了一个time course。
