we applied the RIP assay to detect the

enrichment of cyclin D1, cyclin E1 and CDK4 mRNA on

eIF4A3 after the over-expression of H19. As shown in

Figure 8B, cyclin D1, cyclin E1 and CDK4 mRNA was

less enriched in the anti-eIF4A3 RNA immunoprecipitation

fraction after the transfection of both pCDNA-H19wt

and pCDNA-H19mut. Anti-hnRNP U and anti-IgG

antibodies were used as negative controls (Figure 8C

and 8D). These data suggest that H19 overexpression decreased the eIF4A3 abundance in the mRNA region of
