IJS是不是不收版面费？

最近投了个META，IJS（International Journal of Surgery），文章已经被接收，但是编辑没有要求我交版面费~我还需要问编辑关于版面费的情况吗？求教各位，还有那个AudioSlides，需要去建一个吗？

It will be indexed by PubMed/Medline
within 7 days.
