【求助】第一次发帖.投稿被拒,心情低落.有没有人帮忙看看编辑什么意思呀?再投有接受的可能么?

今天看到了文章被拒，处于低落期，我投稿的这篇文章IF是3点几的。拒稿内容如下：

Your manuscript has been reviewed by expert reviewers and has also undergone an editorial evaluation. I regret to inform you that the manuscript is not suitable for publication and is rejected in its present form. You may wish to consider the comments raised by the reviewers and re-submit the manuscript as a Letter to the Editor, when the points have been addressed. Unlike a regular Letter to the Editor, your resubmission may be up to 1000 words and include 2 tables and 2 figures. （这里挺奇怪的，是让我重投的话要改变格式吗？我的字数本来就超过1000了，可能对我的表格和图标数量做出了限制吧？还望各位指导呀）
However this should not be construed as implying acceptance, as a re-submitted version would be subject to a full re-review. If re-submitting, please make sure to mention in your cover letter the manuscript ID number of the previous rejected submission. Please also provide point-by-point responses to the previous reviewers' critiques, as well as both a marked and clean version of the new manuscript. （是指重投的话文章会变成一篇新的文章吗？可能不是发到同一个编辑那里？是不是代表着要重新送审，送给不同的审稿人还是跟上次审稿的人是同一些审稿人呢。
The marked version should show any changes made in response to reviewers' critiques. ***

Reviewer 1 的意见是首先肯定了这篇文章的写法，然后根据一些方法和细节给出了建议和疑问，但我觉得这些都是可以解决的问题。
Reviewer 2 的意见是肯定了这篇文章，认为没有需要修改的地方。
关键就出在Reviewer 3上，估计这个审稿人是个我文章这方面人的大牛，没有给出修改意见，先阐述了这个研究对象的现状，然后就直接对我的文章进行了批判，认为结果是理所应当的这篇文章没有什么意义，好像感觉我的原理部分很weak。（我估计这个审稿人的意见就是直接拒稿了）
所以现在结果是，编辑综合上述意见，还是拒绝了我的稿件，话如上面所示。请各位前辈们帮忙分析一下，编辑对这篇文章的感觉是怎样的呢？
我对这篇文章付出了很多的心血，来来回回修改了很多遍才投稿。请各位提出宝贵意见，感激不已。对于这篇文章的后续，我会在本帖跟进。希望有个好的结果。
