我最近投了篇SNP与疾病相关性的文章，是阴性结果。涉及了最小等位基因频率，OR值等。还有三种模型（Additive、Dominant、Recessive等）基因型频率等。
但是reviewer回信说：One weakness is that the reader is left with doubt that the study is adequately powered. In light of a reported negative finding, it would be beneficial for the paper to include mention of power given the sample size and number of models tested. Could the authors conduct a post-hoc power analyses and provide those data?
