【求助】关于大鼠行为学评分mNSS，如何回复审稿专家意见

各位大侠，我的一篇关于脑缺血后进行康复运动训练的论文投稿到《neuroscience》，近日收到回复，有一位审稿专家对我用于评估大鼠神经功能恢复的mNSS评分提出了质疑：

The purpose of this study was to establish the molecular mechanisms underlying exercise-induced neuroprotection. However, the small and barely significant difference in behavior tests presented is not enough to support the notion that the beneficial effect of exercise is attributable to the changes of *** expression. Also, the method to test neurological deficits is not sufficient for revealing the functional outcome. Rather, the method is better for determining damage than for determining recovery.

主要有两点：一是说我实验结果显示出的评分区别不够大，small and barely significant difference，我是14天（P<0.05）和28天（P<0.01)，28天时运动组大鼠比未运动组大鼠评分减少了差不多2分，不明白，这难道不能说明问题么？ 另一点是说mNSS是评估神经功能缺损的，而不是神经功能恢复的。我是认为神经功能缺损减少了可以反映或者说等同于神经功能好转了。好像大部分的评分都是反映神经功能缺损程度的吧？

因为不可能为了这个补实验（太费时费力了，需要重新造模等），又是第一次投稿，第一次回复审稿建议，没有什么经验，所以恳求各位同仁给点建议意见，希望可以尽量回复得让审稿专家满意。谢谢哇~~~

还有一个有点纠结的问题：

Reference citation is extensive but missed some important ones.

感觉问题提的很不清楚，不懂是指那文章中的哪方面，怀疑是不是遇到了有些人提到的审稿专家暗示添加一些审稿专家自己的文章的情况，应该怎么回答好？
