本文主要针对拿到大方向题目后如何高效率文献检索及如何确定课题总结经验如下：
1.首先把大方向的相关内容找一遍，这遍可能需要中文检索即可。
先用中文检索：如常用CNKI，将文章关键词或尽量多的主题词进行检索。
1） 把所得的目录保存 起来。
2） 然后选择其中较近期发表的与课题关键词相关的综述仔细看完。
3） 浏览保存的目录，对课题的大方向进展有个初步了解。
4） 锁定感兴趣的题目或较新的有潜力的题目几个，然后进一步验证可行性，与你的同学，有经验的师兄师姐，导师探讨，最后确认感兴趣且有发展前景的。
2.确认题目后，也就是缩小范围后，从新的题目出发，按原来的方式查找文献，尽量查全。
1） 先用中文检索，与前述相似，把其中主要的综述详细阅读，然后浏览查到的目录，对感兴趣的文章或接近自己课题的文章需要仔细阅读。
2） 中文找完后，开始进行英文文献的检索，在已了解国内研究动态的情况下阅读英文文献您会感觉轻松很多。英文文献阅读主要是进一步验证国内学者所写的文章是否属实，另一方面了解最近的动态。阅读英文文献如果能找到一两篇综述那是最好的，外国综述一般参考文献将近百篇，可信度更高，面更广。综述看完后，记得同样把英文文献目录从头浏览一遍，（建议用ENDNOTE软件），初学者最好把每一篇摘要都详细看下来，并把主要内容用笔记记录下来，一来锻炼阅读英文的能力，二来可以积累相关文献背景知识，以防忘却。
3） 在大量阅读了国内外文献后，总结写出一篇与自己课题密切相关的综述，准备发表。一可以整理自己的思路，二可以完成发表综述的任务，一举两得。
4） 确定课题后，接下来就是可行性分析及主要的实验方案的确定。相关的文章，特别是外文或国内核心期刊的全文一定也要详细阅读，别人的思路，做法，结论从头到脚一字不漏读下来。
所谓可行性，一是技术可行性，包括实验室条件，实验方法是否成熟，实验技术人员的水平。二是经济可行性。建议你确定课题后，做实验前最好做一个相对准确的经济预算。
5） 写实验方案：把自己课题的假说，对象，实验材料，实验方法，统计方法，预期结果及时间安排详细做一个书面总结，使自己能胸有成竹。
3.一切准备就绪，按预期计划购买你所需的实验材料及准备实验对象，下一步就可开始你的课题试验了。
初学者切记急功近利，否则自己会乱了手脚，反而影响你的进程。
