Thank you for your advice.To better illustrate the growth trend of leukocytes, we have selected a new figure (Figure 5B) to replace the original one and re-written the section 3.3 in the revised manuscript.（我想表达的意思是：谢谢，为了更好的说明炎症细胞的生长趋势，我们重新选择了一张图片[Figure 5B]以替代原先的那张，另外，我们也将3.3部分重新写了。）
