【讨论】VEGF165与VEGF121的效用区别？

在内皮祖细胞的培养过程当中，VEGF是必不可少的细胞因子，一般我们用的都是VEGF165，不知有人用过VEGF121没有？它的效用和VEGF165有什么区别没有？我看VEGF121的说明书上有这样一段话：
Due to its increased acidity, VEGF121 circulates more freely than other VEGF forms, which bind more tightly with vascular heparin sulfates.

而且它的用量和VEGF165不是一个级别：
Determined by the dose-dependent stimulation of the proliferation of human
umbilical vein endothelial cells (HUVEC) using a concentration range of 0.2-0.4ng/ml.

如果121比165效果要强的话，我们为什么不用121代替165呢？这样可以节省大量的经费呵！:P

这个问题也许让内行见效了，不过搜了一下园子里关于VEGF的贴，基本上都是关于抗体和质粒的，讲因子的很少很少，所以特此请教大家。
