原发浆细胞白血病的定义

According to the criteria recently proposed by the International Myeloma Working Group (IMWG), PPCL is currently defined by the presence of 5% of clonal, circu lating plasma cells (CPCs) in peripheral blood smears, in patients concomitantly (but not previously) diagnosed with symptomatic multiple myeloma (MM)

根据国际骨髓瘤工作组（international myeloma working group，IMWG）近期提出的标准，pPCL 的定义是：在同时诊断为（但之前未诊断为）症状性多发性骨髓瘤（multiple myeloma，MM）的患者中，外周血涂片中存在≥5% 的克隆性循环浆细胞（circulating plasma cell，CPC）
