我又来啦，各位大神们，我投了一个杂志，其中编辑说不认可我通过ORCID认证邮箱，给我发了这么一段话，Please provide the personal institution's email address or the letter from the institution (i.e from the head of the department) by confirming the position at the institution with the institutional signature in a scanned document format through the HOD email address.有投过international journal ofendocrinology杂志的大神可以解答一下吗？
