要不要删掉“约”

Aneurysmal rupture is the most common cause of spontaneous SAH, accounting for 80% to 85% of cases, and these aneurysmal SAHs account for 3% to 5% of all strokes. It is estimated that 1 in 50 people in the general population have intracranial aneurysms. Of these individuals, 1 in 5 have more than one, and the annual rate of rupture is ~8 to 10 per 100,000 people.

动脉瘤破裂是SAH最常见的病因，占所有病例的80%至85%，动脉瘤性SAH占卒中3%至5%。据估计，普通人群的颅内动脉瘤年破裂率约为每10万人中8到10例[1]，每50人中就有1人有颅内动脉瘤，这些个体中，每5人中又有1人有多个动脉瘤。

编辑认为：那个“约”得去掉，8~10已经是范围了，是一个大概的数值区间了，是不精确的了，前面再加“约”是一种啰嗦重复，所以去掉“约”。

我认为：这个“大概的数值区间”可能也是不精确的，那是不是就应该加个“约”
